Waste to Energy Projects

Waste to Energy Projects

Abellon is working at the forefront of the Swachh Bharat Mission and our vision is to make a significant contribution to the goals laid out under the same.

Abellon WTE Plants in Gujarat

We have evolved an integrated and sustainable model for converting waste into clean energy, with focus on stringent emission control and reduction in PM 2.5 levels, resulting in improved air quality, healthier people, and a cleaner and greener nation.

We are partnering with civic bodies under PPP model to develop city waste processing and disposal projects in key cities of Gujarat to process and dispose 50 – 100% of the waste generated.  Based on globally proven controlled combustion technology, these plants will sustainably process and dispose the waste and preventing it from going to the landfills.

In the rural segment, our focus is on decentralized regional waste to energy plants that use innovative blends of agricultural and other forms of waste to generate clean power for the grid as well as use of industries to meet their Renewable Power Purchase Obligations.

One of the key features of our waste to energy projects is the capability to process heterogeneous waste in a sustainable and environment friendly manner. This capability also enables us to partner organizations in meeting their Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) goals for sustainable disposal of post-consumer plastic waste.
