Jamnagar Waste to Energy Plant: A Pictorial Journey

We conducted the foundation ceremony of our Jamnagar waste to energy plant in November 2018. The target for commissioning of the plant is April 2020.

Coming up over 16 acres of land, the Jamnagar waste to energy plant will be a new landmark for the city. It will have amenities including a greenbelt of over 10000 trees, walking/jogging track, visitor plaza, football ground and community gathering space.

The city of Jamnagar produces around 250 TPD of waste. With waste processing capacity of 450 TPD, the Jamnagar plant will process 100% of the waste generated by the city. Over and above this, it will also process 200 TPD of waste from surrounding regions.
